How reliable is CDUniverse.com?

With the prices so cheap I am questioning whether to by from the site. Do you recommend buying from there?
Looks legit to me go for it!! A tip to look for on a legit and a real site is a small lock icon and the bottom right corner of Internet explorer browser if you see it ,it’s safe if your then your taking a risk by buying from that site with out the lock icon at the bottom of your browser.
