I haven’t personally ordered from them, but I know how you feel and I always do a thorough investigation into retail websites. From looking up cduniverse, they hardly get any major bad complaints (just the usual nut job customers) and they look legit to me, I would definitely buy from them! here is a website that shows up to date reviews on cduniverse:

I once was so close to ordering a $700 louis vuitton purse from an online retailer, but later after doing research, I find out they were not licensed to sell authentic LV and the retailer also had ALOT of bad complaints on things being fake.

I personally trust reviews by customers, because there are plenty of people out there that are willing to gloat on a successful buy and there are also those out there willing to complain there butts off over a bad experience.

Can someone please tell me how you change your billing/shipping address after you have already finalized the order? Can you do it before you send the payment so your product will be sent to the right address? Thanks so much!

Chances are you won’t be able to do that online. You’ll have to call the customer service number (1-800-231-7937)

which is better to buy from?
which is cheaper and has better quality items?
are there any additional fees for either e.g any fees they will charge you for later?

Uhmm I have a better one, look at this website : www.salesstock.com they actually have everything for lower prices than amazon and better deals on Christmas time.
it also has a lot of name brand stuff and electronics at incredible prices, I would also say better quality products and even faster on the shipping.
