I have been a police officer for over twenty years I am retiring tomorrow. I’m very lucky that I had the honor to serve and protect my community. There are also many things that happened over the last 20 plus years that I am extremely proud of. I have put many criminals in jail and helped thousands of people. But what I am most proud of is my gun record. I only fired my gun twice and both times they were warning shots. I’m also very proud of my gun safety record at home. My kids would always snoop around but I always had it locked in one of my gun safes. It wasn’t easy being a cop but it was rewarding. Now it’s time to play some golf and fish.
