i just downloaded an album from uTorrent, which included the album cover (.jpg) so when i synced the songs to iTunes it didn’t include the album cover.
just drag it onto the empty album cover part of the page.

Almost every time a song is on windows media player the album cover it displays changes to a random cover that is incorrect. Even when I change it to the correct cover a wrong cover soon takes its place.
Its because windows media player has been infected to Alot of computers your just another victim So dont worry its just Windows 
mostly from internet explorer

I know how to do this with a profile picture. Is there an option to do this with a photo used as an album cover?
First log on to your facebook account. then go to your album that you want to change the profile picture off. and then click edit photos and then all the photos in the album would show up so you can edit them, but you dont have to worry about that, all you have to do is look for the picture that you want to make the album cover and then click on the box where is says "This is the album cover." and then after you click the box of the picture, you go all the way down and then click "save Changes".
When you put a song on windows media player, it shows the album art automatically, but when you put it on a device, you have to go through a process where you select a picture for the song, This is particular for the my sidekick 3. In windows media player, the song i want has an album cover, but in order for my sidekick to show an album cover, i must go through the tags and add a picture myself.
You should probably read the manual or sometihing like that!

For me it was In an Aeroplane Over the Sea by Neutral Milk Hotel.
I think I was looking up REM songs on Amazon and that album came up and I like the cover, so I listened to the album, and it was quite good.
I bought Decimate the Weak by Winds of Plague because the album cover looked cool. It definitely wasn’t as good as I hoped it would be, but it wasn’t bad either.
My iPod touch (2gen 16gig) has been having a problem with the album covers. It would use album covers from one album in another without any apparent reason. It would use genius playlist icons as cover arts. Lately it’s been getting slow. Maybe because I had it packed with little games back in the day (about a year ago). I have no idea how to fix this. If anyone can offer a solution or even an explanation, it would be much appreciated. For now, I’m considering restoring it to factory settings.

Is there any way to get the album cover that’s downloaded off of iTunes to appear on the file itself when it’s opened by another program other than iTunes?
I know the manual album cover on iTunes way works, but is there a way to do it from the downloaded ones?
When iTunes downloads album covers, or you purchase a song from the store with a cover, the image is implanted in the ID3 tag, which is the song information like title, author, genre, etc. When you move it from program to program, if the program has the functionality to display it, the album artwork will show. If you are talking about the album artwork being the .mp3 file’s icon, that functionality is only available by default in Windows Vista.
